What are your responsibilities?

Deceuninck is a leading player in the plastic processing industry, where innovation and quality are key. To strengthen our financial team, we are looking for a driven Group Reporting Analyst. 

As Group reporting analyst, you will be part of the Group Finance team. After an intensive training program, these will be some of your responsibilities:

  • Contribute proactively to group-wide optimization initiatives and support various ad hoc financial projects.
  • Analyze financial data and provide variance analysis and commentary.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
  • Taking responsibility for the coordination of the consolidation process and for the various financial reporting processes within the group.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact—alongside Group Finance colleagues—for the SAP-BPC reporting tool within the finance department. You will grow into a key user role and play a pivotal part in the transition to a new reporting solution.
  • Managing and monitoring the financial master data in cooperation with the shared service center.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a master’s degree in economics (Business engineering, business economics or business administration).
  • Prior experience in an audit, advisory, or consulting firm, or in a similar role within a multinational environment, is a must.
  • Knowledge of consolidation and/or IFRS is essential.
  • You are IT-minded and are an expert in working with Excel.
  • You are a positive team player, and you work in a structured and quality-driven manner.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • You have strong analytical skills with a keen eye for process improvements.
  • You are flexible and are willing to make short trips abroad.
  • You are a good communicator. You can express yourself fluently in English.
